This workout will combine boxing moves and bodyweight exercise.  Performed in a high-intensity interval training manner to push you to your limits.  Inspired by a true boxer’s workout. (no equipment needed

BOXING BANDS & WEIGHTS

This workout will combine boxing moves and other strength exercises using a mini resistance band and 1-2lb weight.  Performed in a high intensity interval training matter to improve overall strength and cardio. (min resistance band and 1-2lb weights needed)
